MBMC Consulting Limited is one of the few business consulting companies in India, which is focused on offering consultancy support to Owner Driven and Family Managed Businesses in the Small and Medium Sector.

For the past ten years, we have provided our services to many organizations in this domain, with a sales turnover ranging from Rs. 2 Crores to Rs. 800 Crores.

We are well conversant with the needs of such businesses and our consulting services are designed to help our client grow and make this growth sustainable.

Company History

Two visionary experts identified the need of strategic level support to SME companies mainly in sales and business development area. It was observed and realised that Indian SMEs are good at developing and manufacturing products. However, when it comes to sales and marketing, most of the companies have failed to succeed. More than 50 companies benefitted from the advisory services of the two founders under the banner of Synergy Communications. Soon, they identified that these companies will not grow without focused effort on people development and organization building. An industrial psychologist joined the team to groom the SME directors and key people as and when required. The biggest hurdle for these SMEs is raising finance for expansion. Soon a team of experts from finance domain joined hands. It was 2004, when company reborn as MBMC Consulting Ltd.

The company is backed by pool of experts from various domains. A mix of young vibrant talent conversant with latest technologies under the guidance of seasoned grey hairs best of the solutions to the clients. The team members are professionally qualified as MBA, DBM, BE, ICWA and MA-Psychology. The members have spend a sizable number of years in top corporate like TATA, ColourChem, NRB to name few. At the same time they have worked with Small & Medium scale companies. The philosophy of business planning that comes from top corporate is deeply rooted among the team members.
