It was observed and realized that Indian SMEs are good at developing and manufacturing products. More than 50 companies benefitted from the advisory services of the two founders under the banner of Synergy Communications. Along with the Management Consultancy came up the idea for Executive Recruitments as good talent was the biggest need of our consulting clients. In the year 2001 the Executive Recruitment Division of the then called Synergy Communications started functioning.
Synergy Communications introduced a rebrand “MBMC CONSULTING LIMITED” in April 2007.The rebrand introduced new brand visuals and a new tag line as “we wire…you hire”
