Broadcast selection means an exclusive assignment with us, incorporating placement of an advertisement in agreed media, to source candidates.  The advertising agency will invoice the cost of the advertisement directly to you.

Finding and attracting the best experienced person with the required skill set. Headhunting also involves convincing the person to join your organization. MBMC understand the gravity of this service and hence high confidentiality is maintained.
